Seared Catch Of The Day with a feta and olive salsa, on a warmed Greek
bean salad scented with lemon and mint.
 

Rocket, Pear and Blue Cheese salad, herbed citrus oil dressing.
 

Seasonal Fruit Tart with cream.
 

Special Note:  the catch of the day will either be tuna, snapper or terakihi, depending on what is available fresh on the Island. Deborah grows and uses only her own Organic produce .. herbs, vegetables and salads for freshness, quality and flavor.
