Comes garnished with lemon, and fresh in season herbs if available. Scallops or Prawns .... a feast of the biggest and best with a pot of garlic butter. Steak .... sweet, tender sirloin, specially ordered. Lamb steak .... brushed with olive oil, garnished with a little black pepper and sea salt, rosemary if available on the side and a pot of mint sauce .. what more can we say about New Zealand's finest meat. Our Choice: and comes with all options above Palm Salad: Our specialty salad is a tantalising and creative blend of Nature's garden. It's nourishing with bursts of flavour and colour. A pleasure to the senses. Salads are freshly prepared just prior to delivery. French Potato: We always thought the French were best at pastries and bread, but this dish is something else. On the side: Green and black olives marinated in oil and herbs with a sprinkling of Feta cubes. A great addition to the salad, if you're into Greek Salads or just enjoy as side dish. Dessert:
