Deborah was
born and trained in London and is a fully qualified Chef. Her
experience is extensive, such as Chef Saucier at Le Meridien Hotel
5* Piccadilly, Chef De Partie and Butcher at The Naval and
Military Club London and also the Holiday Inn. Deborah also produced
all pate's, terrines, filos and salads for the upmarket Foxe's of
Wandsworth Common in London and was also responsible for the private
dinners for the famous UK comedian Jack Dee.
Deborah grows and uses only her own Organic produce
.. herbs, vegetables and salads for freshness, quality and flavour
and has a passion for the foods of the coastal Mediterranean.
